All transactions on the 3dwin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Any currency conversion required due to the use of a non-MYR payment method will be applied by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. 3dwin shall not be liable for any exchange rate losses incurred.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 3dwin account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful and authorised owner of the payment method used. The deposit of proceeds from unlawful activity is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before winnings become eligible for withdrawal. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 3dwin's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure if the relevant wagering requirements have not been completed.
Where an account closure is made in connection with a responsible gambling self-exclusion request, 3dwin will action the exclusion as a priority.
